Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your unused purchase, you have 28 days from receipt of purchase to request a refund. Please send an email to essentiallyankara@gmail.com, stating your reason for your return and request for a refund. We will then you send you return instructions and where to send the item to.

The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility and any items returned need to be returned via tracked mail. The item is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us.

Once the item has been received in a satisfactory condition, we will contact you within 1 - 2 working days to confirm receipt of the item. Your refund will be processed on the original payment card, this may take 5 - 7 days to process, subject to your card provider.

If you have requested an exchange, the item to be exchanged should be sent back via tracked mail and the replacement item will be sent out at no additional cost to the customer.
